Hi! Welcome to Becky’s Learning Loft! I’m so glad you’re here.

Teaching has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Both of my parents are retired public school teachers, I followed in their footsteps, and now my daughter is in her first year as a middle school computer science and math teacher. Teaching truly runs in our DNA!

I graduated from Northwest Nazarene University with a B.A. in K-8 education, and over the past 25 years, I’ve had the joy of teaching in many forms:

• K-3 reading intervention
• Second and sixth grades in public schools
• Homeschool co-ops, Sunday School, and Bible studies

This year, I’ve stepped into something new: teaching Exploratory Spanish to middle school students. It’s been a fun challenge and a great learning experience that has inspired some of the resources I’m creating now.

My mission with this store is simple: to provide teaching resources that have purpose, intention, and creativity behind them. I want every resource you use to save you time, engage your students, and have a clear, meaningful learning goal.

Outside of teaching, I’m an author and public speaker. Writing has always been a passion of mine, and I love incorporating storytelling and creativity into the classroom.

Every month, I add new resources, often including bonus teaching slides, curated videos, or hands-on activities to make instruction smoother. When you purchase a resource, I like to imagine it being used in classrooms all over the world, helping students learn and teachers feel supported.
